Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, weights, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
